BROOKLYN ELECTRONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL
When we co-founded BEMF, we built something Brooklyn was truly craving. A three-day, nine-venue takeover that brought electronic music back to its roots while pushing it forward.
We filled warehouses, clubs, and unexpected spaces with sound. Over 100 artists. 10,000 music lovers moving through the borough each year. Strategic partnerships with SoundCloud, Uber, Red Bull, W Hotels, Reebok, and Vitamin Water that amplified what we were building. We wove in after-hours, panel discussions and record fairs. For a decade, we created a moment that mattered in a scene that was changing rapidly.
Together we curated something that felt both global and intensely local. Artists from across Brooklyn's neighborhoods shared stages with international icons. Genre lines blurred. Music fans discovered their next obsession. Forbes called us "the microbrewery of EDM festivals"—independent, authentic, crafted with care. A space where electronic music could be experienced the way it was meant to be: community-driven, boundary-pushing, and distinctly Brooklyn.
